  1. I understand that the information I provide during the signup process is accurate and represents the entity to which I am currently employed and am not signing up for another user.
  2. I understand that the information I receive through the use of ProcessorLink is confidential and shall not be disclosed to anyone other than the authorized user.
  3. I understand that to maintain the confidentiality of my account information (including my password), the sharing of my account is strictly prohibited.
  4. I understand that any failure to maintain the confidentiality of my user information and/or the information made available to me through ProcessorLink will subject me to civil and criminal liability. Fidelis Information Systems Corp. may revoke access to ProcessorLink at any time if we believe that it is being misused.
  5. I understand that all suits/disputes arising out of, or related to, the ProcessorLink User Agreement shall be filed in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
  6. I understand that the ProcessorLink User Agreement shall be interpreted and construed according to, and governed by, the laws of Texas, excluding any such laws that might direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
